Online & Outdoor Therapy

Becca Kind, Dip.Couns, MBACP

I became a counsellor because I am a curious and compassionate individual who loves to connect with what is deeply true, authentic and good. I feel so many of us, myself included, lose that connection as we navigate the noise of a busy world.

I will help you to still the noise, notice your needs, and re-connect with your best and truest self beneath the roles, masks and demands placed on you by everyday life. Along the way we may uncover and examine, at a safe and gentle pace, deeper hurts and feelings which need to be given value and a voice.

I am a qualified, BACP registered integrative counsellor, who draws on person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and transactional analysis among others. I work with you to get to the heart of what you most need, some examples of what I typically help clients with include: improving self-awareness, mood, sleep, relationships, managing anxiety, depression, overcoming addictions, self-defeating behaviours and journeying through bereavement and loss.

I have worked with young adults, adults and older people as a volunteer for mental health and bereavement charities and in private practice.
